History :- Reminisce of the school
Late Shri Raosaheb Rupchand Lathi established East Khandesh
Education Society on 5th May, 1916 and also started
erstwhile New English School (Today’s R.R. Vidyalaya)
with a sheer purpose of avoiding inconvenience of
education. The society and school had been run
successfully from 1916 to 1954 under Raosaheb’s valuable
guidance. After the sad demise of Raosaheb, the
responsibility as a president of society was taken by
Late Shri. Bhausaheb Kashinath Lathi.
During the era of
1968 to 1970, due to industrialization in Jalgaon city
for the purpose of services and business many outsider
citizens migrated in Jalgaon. That time for their wards
education in English Medium was the need of time. This
timely requirement was recognized by our society and
Late. Shri Bhausaheb Lathi established our New English
Medium School on 1st June, 1970. At that time with the
confidence of all parents and staff the classes up to
class 7th were begun. At the year of 1977 the permission
for High school classes was granted and thus
Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary sections were started
in our school. In the year 1980 first S.S.C. batch
passed out with first S.S.C. result of 87.3% from our
school.

English Medium School is run by East Khandesh Education
Society, Jalgaon. The vision of the School is to promote
a cosmopolitan atmosphere to train children of all
denominations providing them with liberal education in
combination with foundation of Indian culture.
Instructions imparted in this institution helps for
moral and physical development of the child and also his
aesthetic appreciation. The school wishes to develop
each pupil to the limit of his/her full capacity that
he/she may make the most of himself/herself and
contributes the best towards citizenship. (Character
